House rules

Violations of the house rules may result in immediate denial of access to the individual. Golden Lounge always reports legal violations. Video and audio recordings are always made when entering Golden Lounge.

1. In case of an emergency, you must always follow the instructions of the staff.
2. For aggressive or dominant behavior, the staff is authorized to issue you a permanent ban.
3. The minimum age requirement is 18 years.
4. You are required to show an ID card at all times upon entry.
5. You must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
6. Caps, tracksuits, and sportswear are not allowed.
7. You may be searched at any time and/or a metal detector/hand scanner may be used.
8. The possession and/or use of weapons is strictly prohibited.
9. You must dress according to the dress code indicated on the flyers.
10. Our guests must have a neat appearance.
11. In the case of sexual harassment, you will receive a permanent ban.
12. You are responsible for your own property. Golden Lounge is not liable for theft or loss of your belongings.
13. Please note that photos are taken inside the venue and at the entrance. By entering Golden Lounge, you consent to the recording and publication of the photos.
14. You are not allowed to take or move our property. The person who causes damage is responsible for the repair or replacement costs. Golden Lounge always reports theft.
15. If you have had issues in the past, staff and security personnel may deny you access.
16. Please note that our building is equipped with camera security both inside and outside. Everyone in our establishment consents to the recording. In case of emergency, these recordings may be shown to third parties as supporting material.
17. In case of excessive alcohol consumption, Golden Lounge staff may refuse the sale and/or consumption of alcohol.
18. Cups, bottles, and cans must be consumed inside the venue. Taking drinks outside or storing them is not allowed.
19. The commercial distribution of images from Golden Lounge without permission is strictly prohibited.
20. Access to employee areas is strictly prohibited for guests. In case of violation, the individual will receive a permanent ban.
21. Smoking is prohibited inside Golden Lounge. Smoking is permitted only within designated smoking areas or in the designated outdoor area.
